Job Summary
The Operations team is responsible for understanding clients’ requirements and preparing detailed, competitive quotations for the European destinations we specialize in. The role involves communicating and collaborating with travel agents, suppliers, and internal teams to create customized travel plans that meet client needs. Additionally, this role requires close coordination with sales, support, and reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
1. Quotation Preparation:
- Create detailed and accurate travel quotations, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and meals—tailored to client requirements.
- Customize itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints.
2. Inter-Departmental Coordination:
- Liaise with the contracting team (hotels, guides, transport providers, etc.) to negotiate rates and confirm availability.
- Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure all bookings align with client expectations.
3. Client Communication:
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions promptly. ○ Respond to inquiries and follow up on submitted quotations to close sales.
4. Market Analysis:
