Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join us as Management Trainees in
the IT function. The candidate will be involved in supporting technology-driven travel
operations, resolving system-related issues, and enhancing user experience through
effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in managing and supporting IT systems and applications
● Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution
● Work on live projects across different IT domains (development, support, operations)
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
● Analyze problems and propose efficient, scalable solutions
● Support data analysis, reporting, and documentation
● Participate in process improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
● Basic knowledge of programming (Python/Java/SQL preferred)
