Truvai Global is a Destination Management Company (DMC) specialising in travel services across international destinations. We are looking for an experienced MICE Operations professional with strong expertise in Europe and UK destinations to manage and execute end-to-end MICE movements and events. .
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle MICE enquiries and prepare itineraries, quotations and detailed costing.
● Manage hotels, transportation, sightseeing, activities, restaurants, gala dinners and event requirements.
● Coordinate and negotiate with Europe & UK suppliers, DMCs, hotels and transporters.
● Manage bookings, confirmations, rooming lists and operational documentation.
● Handle end-to-end execution of corporate groups, incentive tours, conferences and events.
● Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal Sales, Contracting and Finance teams.
● Monitor costing, margins, payments and operational expenses.
● Handle last-minute changes and resolve operational issues efficiently.
