Job Summary

As a part of the Contracting team at Truvai DMC, you will play a vital role in strengthening our supplier network and ensuring seamless operations. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining contracts with suppliers, collaborating with sales and operations teams, and building long-lasting supplier relationships to support our diverse portfolio of travel services.


Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Sourcing and Negotiation

  • Special focus on hotel contracting, ensuring competitive room rates, favorable terms, and strong relationships with key hotel partners.
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers across accommodations, transportation, attractions, and other service categories in the UK and Europe.
  • Negotiate competitive rates, terms, and conditions to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service delivery and favorable terms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for supplier communication and resolve any issues effectively.

Contract Management:

  • Prepare, review, and finalize supplier contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Monitor contract performance, renewal deadlines, and service quality to maintain consistent standards.

Collaboration with Teams:

  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure supplier offerings meet client expectations.
  • Provide timely updates on supplier availability, pricing, and promotions to support sales efforts.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor pricing, and new opportunities to enhance service offerings.
  • Regularly update internal databases with supplier information, pricing, and product details.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of the UK and European travel markets is highly desirable.
