Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales individual to lead sales efforts, manage key client relationships and drive business growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong networking abilities and a passion for sales. The candidate will work closely with teams in India and the UK to ensure seamless client servicing and sales operations.


Qualifications

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while supporting the sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities across assigned territories or accounts.
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate new sales leads.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to successfully close deals.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored travel solutions.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and proactively address client concerns.

3. Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams including operations and sales support to ensure smooth execution of client bookings.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to strengthen industry connections.

4. Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and European travel logistics.
